Been seeing their commercials during Phillies' games so when an emergency occurred early Friday morning (8/29/25), I Googled them and sent a message through their website. The Google ad had, in green lettering, "Open 24 Hours" but immediately after sending my message, I received a message back stating that I had contacted them "out of business hours" or something like that and that somone will get back to me shortly. With water leaking into my dining room, I couldn't wait so I called Roto Rooter who answered the phone at 7 o'clock in the morning, showed up within 2 hours, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. By the way, more than a day and a half after first contacting Frusco, they still haven't gotten back to me. UPDATE! Frusco contacted me this morning via text to inform me that they did in fact get back to me at 8:42 a.m. the morning of my emergency. I double-checked and they did so I was incorrect when saying they never got back to me. They also explained that the message I received stating that I contacted them "out of business hours" was possibly a glitch. Based on the professional and polite back-and-forth, I would definitely consider doing business with them in the future.

Bill Frusco's team fixed a water main break at our house. The permit was obtained very quickly. The crew was very knowledgeable and the communication was great. Great company with great service. I cannot recommend enough.

We would definitely recommend for pricing and employee interactions. Easy to communicate with over the phone and in person, all questions were answered knowledgeably and friendly. We had the pipes replaced that connect to the street. We dont have other experiences to compare it to, but we felt they worked efficiently and werent short handed. There was good team work with breaks and lunch (not being over worked). They arrived a little before 8am, and left around 3pm, completing everything but concrete work.

Had a jetted tub in bathroom with leak to room below. Jeff came and immediately identified the source of the leak. He ordered a part and came back a few days later and repaired it. He was very professional, pleasant and efficient. Kept work area clean. Scheduling team also great and appreciate the timely text and email communications.
